What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Listen more than you speak.
Have you ever had to “unlearn” something in your professional life? What was it?
In this digital age, I had to unlearn to spell out words when texting to keep from sending
long messages, i.e., are you (r u).
How do you describe what you do for a living to family and friends?
I find it difficult to explain what the job as a legal assistant entails, so it’s easier to say, “I
work the file room and make copies.”
What advice would you give to your fellow co-workers?
Do your work with pride and attention to detail as it is a reflection of you.
