I personally think success is measured by how many people have been positively affected by your actions. I believe J. Cruz & Associates is very successful as they seek to provide guidance and support so their clients offer the best education environment. I consider schools and our children of most importance and seeing the firm’s passion to support them is truly inspiring.

What’s one work accomplishment that you’re really proud of?
The upcoming webinar in December has more registrants than any other before. There is still plenty of time left until the day of the event, and we have yet to invest in paid ads or obtain assistance from other companies. People are loving the environment and outreach that JCA is creating.
What’s the most rewarding experience you’ve had while working at JCA?
I like when my actions make a difference. Seeing how even the smallest task in the office can make an impact truly fills me with pride.
What’s your favorite movie, tv show, book, or podcast?
My favorite movie is No Country for Old Men, tv show is The Simpsons, and book is The Trial by Franz Kafka.
Do you have a hidden talent?
Chess is extremely easy for me.
Who has been the most influential person in your life, and why?
My uncle, Memo, has been quite an inspiration. He is the best human being that has stepped on this planet. Although he has not accumulated lots of wealth, many people look up to him. His daily activities include teaching, motivational speaking, radio, and political actions.
